Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications across various platforms and browsers.
Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in a clear and concise manner using tools such as Jira.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team to ensure software quality.
Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing.
Support and maintain test documentation.
Apply basic Cypress automation skills to assist the automation team or run automated test cases when necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
Basic understanding of automation testing using Cypress (e.g., reading/modifying existing test scripts).
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills (reading/writing).
Strong API testing using Postman.
