หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Preparation of request for quotes and dispersal relevant vendors and suppliers
• Preparation of purchase orders and processing to selected vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate with other departments for supplying the requested items on time
• Coordinate all activities with suppliers both domestic and international
• In conjunction with the finance department, verify all inbound invoices against previously raised purchase orders
• Coordinate with freight forwarder, shipping agent regarding import/export shipment over the clearance process
• Proper filing and book keeping of all purchasing documents to ensure full traceability at all times.
• Accept additional responsibilities as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
• Experienced in aviation purchasing, admin or technical field would be an advantage
• Good command in English
• Knowledge of computer skill in MS. Office, Internet
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Well organized and able to work as a team
