Responsible

• ● Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• ● Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• ● Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• ● Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• ● Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• ● Work closely with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• ● Support the finance team with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

• ● Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• ● Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role, preferably in a multinational company or a large-scale organization.
• ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Thai GAAP, IFRS, and a strong understanding of tax regulations in Thailand.
• ● Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• ● Language Skills: Excellent command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• ● Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• ● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• ● Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
• ● Experience in managing accounting functions in a multinational corporation.
• ● Familiarity with the accounting standards and practices specific to the industry in which the company operates.
• ● Experience with implementing and managing accounting systems or ERP software.
