หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Handle all the inbound and outbound calls for Customer properly and promptly in the operation center. • Follow up with customer request within specific time frame and up to good quality standard • Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service Delivery of quality service to meet the productivity benchmark and service standard • Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to customer via phone, email, and/or chat • Coordinate with other department properly to find comprehensive solution to customer

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai nationality - Bachelor Degree of any fields - At least 1 year experience for Inbound & Outbound call center or Telesales - Experience in service business is an advantage - Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner - Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, pleasant personality - Appropriate computer skills for work - Good command of English - Love Exercise
