หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage Event team to be successful and has the performance of Leads according to the target set. Plan and manage monthly event & activities. 2. Plan & lead the strategy of sourcing, approaching, booking the potential location for opening booths. 3. Worked with Marketing team and Branch Managers to looking for booth and dealing with landlord or department store to book. 4. Ensure marketing events are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. 5. Perform administration and management functions in line with daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. 6. Schedule work and check the rate of work to team members effectively. 7. Develop and support team in any related issues as a leader. 8. Support and coach your event staff as company policies and procedures. 9. Build up the motivation of your Event Team to delivery as target setting. 10. Report the relative document to direct manager. 11. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกบูธ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields. 2. At least 3 years of managing event team. 3. Well organized skills, leadership skill, strategic thinking, and management skill 4. Experience in project / event management. 5. Possess can-do attitude and love healthy lifestyle 6. Fluent in English.
