Senior Strategic Procurement Executive (เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้ออาวุโส)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Source and procurement products for Clubs’ s Order, Marketing, Event and HR • Audit new supplier & evaluate suppliers performance • Analyses price, negotiate for cost induction before approval by Manager • Contact, coordinate, support and solve problems for the clubs due to services and products issue • Place order to suppliers and follow up delivery • Manage inventory, distribute and replenish for supply products and stationery • Monitor inventory at the clubs, deliver goods, transfer stock in the system • Monitor and manage club supply services (Housekeeping, pest control etc.) • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility and new opportunities in finding new suppliers • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Other task might be assigned.

• Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in any filed • 5 years experience in Procurement or related field • Proactive, service minded and good interpersonal skills • Good communication and analytical skills. • Good negotiation skill. • Good problem solving skill. • Good computer skills (MS Office) • Love exercise
