หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *LEADING* -Team building and coaching site teams to guide in the development and training of Managers, Administrative Assistants, and Maintenance Staff including Development regulations; reporting; and best industry practices for operating procedures such as maintenance, and purchasing. -Ensure that teams comply with current applicable landlord-tenant law and fair housing law including reasonable accommodation procedures and policy. -Create, refine and implement operational policies and procedures. -Work with Club staff to address resident complaints. managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities; *BUDGETING* -Review site budget estimates with the Director of Finance and Asset Management and submit the complete budget to Committee for approval. Create and monitor the budget for the Facilities management division. *CONTRIBUTION* -Review/prepare monthly property summaries including variance reports. -Visit Club on a regular basis monitor ongoing issues at the properties. -Write and present status reports to the leadership team and Board of Directors. -Identify strengths and challenges in each team in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness and foster a professional culture of site offices where staff can accomplish goals and feel good about their contributions. -Collaborate to Service Coordination to define and coordinate roles and responsibilities between managers. -Regularly audit the club equipment, installations, and decor and the maintenance systems in place with a relentless pursuit to ensure first-class facilities are provided to the members. *DEVELOPMENT* -Identify, recruit, train, and develop technical staffs which will contribute to the future growth of the company. -Balance the requirements of people, financial and operational management investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises; planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives

• Qualification: - 5 Years experience in a Facilities department in the Management level - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field - Good interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skill - Ability to work well under pressure, flexible schedule, and hardworking - Effective in communication and negotiation skill - Good Microsoft office especially in Excel, and AutoCAD - Good command of both English and Thai - Communicate technical and non-technical information across different levels effectively - Use initiative and complete tasksStrong in Project management, Multi-tasking and Facilities
