Fitness First Thailand invites exceptional young leaders to launch their career aspirations to be our Management Trainee through our Management Training Programme, a leadership training and career development programme. The purpose of the programme is prepare the BEST young leaders for key managerial positions, specifically in the Clubs as Sales Managers. The trainees will undergo an intensive on month's training with our Management Trainer at head office in Bangkok and then, a further 6 months of structured industrial internship training, education, placement and career development with us. The challenges for the trainees are to develop in selected functions - first roll out will be sales, and for us to prepare them to assume important roles in our business world within a condensed period of time, and to consistently perform to world-class standards. Salary compensation shall be provided during training and upon successful completion of their programme, trainees will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package and an opportunity to be on fast-track career progression.

• • Thai national with bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields • Minimum 3 years sales manager experience • Self-confident, target oriented, individual with a balanced and pleasant disposition • Able to work productively and be an inspiration to others • Good English communicate both verbally and in writing • Love exercise
