Senior Human Resource Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Understand the business operations and support operational for all human resource management in assigned business unit to support achievement of business goals. - Work closely with line manager and acting as line HR Business partner and consultant - Manage all recruitment process, pool, interview, and test for hiring the right candidates to fill vacant positions both internal and external candidate. - Manage and co-ordinate with all employee relations and support to all department. - Provide weekly and monthly report analysis to HR Manager through HRIS system

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field. - 5 years of experience in Human Resource functions / HR Business partner - Ability to work independently and self-motivated. Actively and Flexible - Strong communication skill - Multitask management - Fluent in English both writing and speaking
