หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Achieving our Business Performance Objectives: Manage business plans, own the P&L for sustainable growth and control costs.
• Inspiring, Delivering our Brand Promise & Partnerships: Build local community and landlord relationships for corporate wellness events.
• Operating with Excellent: Execute central policies and elevate club service quality.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver world-class member experiences.
• Greater together: Align club operations with company goals to drive top-performing, member-focused results—delivering exceptional service, enhancing retention, supporting revenue growth, and driving operational efficiency through strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration
• Aim Higher and Own It: Lead operational excellence, commercial growth, and team accountability to achieve outstanding business results.
• Grow Our Fitness Community: Increase member acquisition, strengthen retention, and build long-term member loyalty through meaningful engagement and consistent delivery of value.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field with Thai nationality.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience within a service-oriented business or operational environment.
• Leadership & Drive: Exceptional leadership capabilities, strong dedication, and a competitive mindset focused on delivering top-tier results and quality.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a sociable personality, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Lifestyle: Active, healthy lifestyle and love to work out exercise is a plus.
• Language & Technical Skills: Proficiency in English and computer literacy (MS Office).
