หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization’s marketing and business goals.
• Create content to effectively engage the target audience, as specified by the company, across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Devise innovative marketing campaigns or strategies, both online and offline, to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Identify target audiences that correspond to the company’s products and adjust marketing strategies to suit the characteristics and needs of the target group accordingly.
• Plan marketing campaigns or strategies within the company’s allocated budget, and assess competitors’ strategies.
• Utilize internal marketing tools or third-party resources to maximize effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track the progress of marketing results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external parties to implement campaigns, compile results reports within the department, and participate in inter-departmental meetings to enhance and improve service efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, marketing communications, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing analysis, content creation, and social media management.
• Highly creative, technologically adept, and constantly up-to-date with trending content.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with good interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and working efficiently under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Thai, English, and Burmese, with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Male/Female, aged 25-35
