Sales Executive - Property Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Close new Property Management Contract with direct owners
• Lead Generations: Use various methods like social media events and referrals to generate property owner leads
• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers
• Build and manage referral network from agents/ building management for landlords or renters
• Carry out sales transactions (Issue a quotation and execute contract)
• Coordinate with marketing team on advertising/ marketing campaigns

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate or hospitality industry (is a plus)
• Good communication skill in Thai and English
• Willingness to learn and explore
• Interested in Real Estate and hospitality industry
• Service and open-mind
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Looking for a fast-paced startup environment
