หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Understand customer needs and cooperate with sales to complete pre-sales display and customer system planning and design
• Complete the guidance preparation, explanation and user Q&A of the technical part of the project bidding
• Undertake the technical implementation work of key projects and assist customers in solving various difficulties in the email system deployment process
• Summarize customer needs, promote product development and assist in the design of technical solutions
• Cooperate with other departments in user communication, data sharing, technical coordination, demand analysis, etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a degree in computer related majors and work experience
• Proficient in common Linux commands, familiar with Linux system, with a certain network foundation, familiar with TCP/IP and routing;
• Familiar with any scripting language such as Shell/Python/Perl and any database such as Oracle/MySQL
• Passionate about computer software and hardware, operating systems, networks, and other technologies, with strong self-learning abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility, with good expression, communication, and collaboration skills, possessing good team spirit and service awareness
• Proficient in English
