Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee daily operations of each branch to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage labor hours, and monitor overtime (OT) to maintain workforce efficiency.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Train new and current staff in service standards to continuously enhance customer experience.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
• Regularly review product and service quality; research and collaborate with high-quality vendors to maintain brand standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports for review by the management team.
• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify areas for operational improvement and innovation.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit management.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant workflows, food safety standards, and customer service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability in cost control, budgeting, and operational planning within the F&B industry.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, with strong presentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and MS Office tools.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Candidates with experience in pizza or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations will be highly preferred.
