Customer Service

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about products/services.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
• Diagnose customer issues and offer solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Cross-sell products and services to customers when applicable.
• Inform customers of promotions, new products, or services that may suit their needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Update customer information in the system as needed.
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve issues.
• Generate reports summarizing customer service performance.
• Track customer interactions and response times for continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
