Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project goals and develop creative solutions.
Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic, maintain brand's CI and character
Able to creatively develop marketing strategy/plan to be media materials and content
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Able to digest marketing plan to be action plan to terms of marketing media design
Able to use AI/ Photoshop/ Canva / capcut or video editing apps
Well understanding about social media materials
Able to work under pressure, deliver task within deadline.
Able to self-lead working style, can keep self responsibility while work independently, but also flexible when working in team.

Personal Leave: 7 days / year
