หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Review requirements, specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback in order to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
• Understand user journey, review business requirements and specifications to prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test scripts with quality.
• Execute testing within limited timeline and provide test result for both normal and abnormal conditions.
• Identify, record, track defects properly and suggest the impact for further improvement.
• Escalate key important points of testing or suggest new initiative to team lead and management.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate testing activities, and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Analyze, support and solve production issue.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Experience in software development and testing on core system (RPG) with AS400 / Life Asia system
• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or business administration or equivalent, or be a recognized expert in the field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in software quality assurance in insurance background (Especially POS and Claim part).
• Strong knowledge of software tester or QA methodologies, tools and processes (UAT).
• Clear writing and concise for comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
• Knowledge of SQL, API, Postman, RPA (Robot) and scripting with Java are plus.
• Focus on Data Destruction Project.
• Basic knowledge of life insurance is an advantage.
