Tech Business Analyst (6 month contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze business requirements, assess current processes, and define appropriate business and system solutions.
• Prepare business and functional specifications, diagrams, user journey documentation, and project-related documents for system development.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, technical IT teams, and stakeholders to understand product features, product releases, and design system and database solutions.
• Manage project progress, follow up implementation, update project status, and resolve issues to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Perform system and integration testing, manage configuration changes, support user acceptance testing, and enhance existing applications based on user requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering, MIS or related.
• At least 3-5 years experience in Business/System Analyst or related position.
• Progressive responsibility and experience in developing, analyzing, implementing, monitoring and reporting project status.
• Experience in Application development life cycle (waterfall agile hybrid model).
• Experience in database relationship (MySQL, SQL)
• Experience in Insurance industry would be an advantage.
