Test Lead (Manual and UAT testers) (Contract 6 Months)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage a team of testers (manual and UAT testers), ensuring testing activities are completed on schedule and with high quality
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for each project.
• Conduct and oversee manual testing to verify that software meets business requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders; manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution.
• Ensure all testing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and PMs to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Monitor and report test progress, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in manual testing and UAT coordination.
• Good understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience using testing and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
