System Analyst / Technical Business Analyst - Eng skill (6 months)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into functional/technical requirement
• 2. Develops detailed documentation and specifications.
• 3. Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports.
• 4. Proactive team player with demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities.
• 5. Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing.
• 6. Self-Development, Communication, Interpersonal and Problem-solving skills.
• 7. Adoptability to different environments and quick learning capabilities.
• 8. Teamwork, Flexible, Punctual and Interest to Learn New Things.
• 9. Provides follow-up with user after project deliverable has been completed to ensure user satisfaction.
• 10. Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies for assurance system through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities.
• 11. Working on multiple projects at one time; communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ years experiences in system/business analysis.
• Strong knowledge on IBM AS400- RPG language.
• Experience in insurance business is a plus.
• Good communication in English. (Level 6-7/10)
• Knowledge of AS400 environment and RPG programming language on AS400.
• Possesses solid project management skills and user influencing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work under complex condition and time constraint.
• Knowledge on MS Office, MS Project and JIRA software.
