Software Tester - Eng skill (สัญญา 12 เดือน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and execute clear test plans, test cases, test data, and test reports for new or enhanced applications.
• Review requirements, specifications, and business scenarios to identify gaps, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and missing test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, data validation, and user acceptance testing support.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up defects with development teams until resolution.
• Validate business logic, customer-impact scenarios, data accuracy, analytics tracking, and integration across systems.
• Support production incidents, user inquiries, workaround guidance, and user training when required.
• Monitor quality metrics, maintain testing records, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ability to identify gaps, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and missing scenarios in requirements before testing begins.
• Experience in validating end-to-end business processes across multiple integrated systems and applications.
• Ability to validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, databases, APIs, and reports.
• Experience supporting UAT preparation, execution, defect triage, and business validation activities.
• Experience in validating analytics events, tracking implementation, and tagging accuracy (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).
• Ability to think beyond test execution by identifying business logic gaps, data inconsistencies, integration risks, and customer-impact scenarios.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect management, and testing processes.
• Experience in web and mobile application testing, including API testing, integration testing, and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Postman, API and basic scripting is preferred.
• Ability to identify business logic gaps, data inconsistencies, integration risks, and customer-impact scenarios.
• Experience with performance testing, security testing, analytics tracking, or tagging validation is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English; basic knowledge of life insurance is an advantage.
