Front Office Supervisor( Chiang Mai)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversees the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and reservations.
• Resolving any issues or emergencies that arise, whether related to guests, staff, or operational challenges.
• Ensuring all front office operations adhere to hotel policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare the department's annual budget
• Oversee the preparation of work schedules ensuring that all sections are properly manned based on productivity levels and forecasted occupancy.
• Ensure the full range of Front Office services such as Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Service Centre, Airport Representative, Club etc. are up to the required standard.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• College degree or above.
• 3-4 star hotel or serviced apartment experience, more than 2 years of work experience as Front Office Supervisor.
• Pre-opening experience will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrate quick and effective problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns and operational issues.
• Communicate effectively and clearly, Fluency in spoken English.
