Service Staff at Private Villa

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for food service & functions within Private residence.
• Assist the Principle with PA duties.
• Head of the service.
• Supervising and training Villa staff with service.
• Care of all table ware.
• Manage, organize and coordinate with Residence Manager day to day operations.
• Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
• Butler service responsible for the highest quality standards expected.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Strong Food and Beverage background.
• Head Butler or Butler service.
• At least 2 years experiences in 5-star restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Catering or a related field is required.
• Strong in inter-personality, leadership skill, effective decision making and problem solve skills.
• Proficient in English communication
• Open-minded and flexible with a Can-Do attitude.
• Knowledge of opening, decanting, and serving wine or liaise with sommelier
