Assistant Lab Support (1 year contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct laboratory tests and record the results.
• Perform quality control tests on ingredients, completed products and product samples.
• Provide technical reports of the test results.
• Maintain lab equipment, QA record data, troubleshoot or report on malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
• Sterilize equipment and store materials in secure places.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and work area.
• Swab testing on the production line.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.
• Control Halal requirements and prepare documents for annual audit.
• Comply with the correct procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, chemistry or a related field.
• Experience in Lab of food ingredient industry or a related.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
