EV-Charging Station Project Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Expand, train, and manage construction team resources to ensure project delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
• Manage project costs and materials effectively to optimize project profitability.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including site visits, feasibility studies, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
• Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• In-depth knowledge of new energy electric vehicle charging station technology and access to local construction team resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English or Chinese), with the ability to use it as a working language for project communication and documentation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative, with 0-1 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
