• Conceptualization: Generate fresh and innovative design concepts that align with our brand's vision and market trends.
• Sketching and Prototyping: Create detailed sketches and prototypes of fashion products, including apparel, accessories, and related items.
• Material Selection: Collaborate with the sourcing team to choose high-quality materials, fabrics, and embellishments that meet design requirements and cost considerations.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.
• Sample Development: Work closely with the production team to oversee the development of design samples and ensure they meet quality and design standards.
• Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed technical specifications and production guidelines to facilitate the manufacturing process.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align design concepts with business goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in fashion design are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design concepts and projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD systems.
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and production processes.
• Keen eye for detail, color, and trends in the fashion industry.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a cross-functional team.
