หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the interests of clients and the firm.
• Ensure the accuracy and legality of all documents prepared and reviewed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assess potential legal risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and initiatives for the firm's growth and success.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to enhance overall legal capabilities.
• Handle all processing of VISA and Work Permit work for our foreign clients together with our external counsel
• Be up to date VISA and Work permit procedure in regard to any changes or amendments laws / rules / regulation, changed in forms / format and other procedures
• Prepare on a customer basis report to remind our client about the important dates (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Prepare documents related to BOI and coordinate with the strategy department and internal departments for all processes related to BOI.
• Import machinery and raw materials according to the standards of the BOI and the Customs Department to avoid errors or delays in any project.
• Manage secretarial work, prepare meeting summaries, and participate in meetings.
• Monitor capital investment and track BOI statuses.
• Coordinate with importation to ensure the correct use of BOI privileges when importing machinery.
• Facilitate BOI audits to initiate the BOI project.

• Bachelor degree from an accredited law school.
• Having a license to be lawyer issued by the lawyers Council of Thailand
• 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, with a preference for experience gained within a law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of various areas of law, including corporate legal services, Intellectual Property and etc.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
