Commercial Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Contact with customers
• Contact with team in accordance with client's requirements.
• Prepare job allocation
• Collect information & perform data entry
• Monitor on certificates and issuing invoices
• Other tasks as assigned to support daily operation
• Updating client-project certification and reporting

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai
• Graduation from an accredited college or university in Bachelor degree in related field.
• Working experience or training in international business
• Good command of English (both written and Spoken)
• Proficiency computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Possess good personality, service-minded, strong communication, and relationship skills
• Able to work independently
• Have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
