• 1. Store Operations Management
• • Supervise daily store operations to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• • Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• 2. Team Building
• • Oversee the training, development, and performance evaluation of store managers and staff.
• • Implement strategies to reduce employee turnover and maintain a motivated workforce.
• 3. Performance and Compliance
• • Achieve and exceed company sales and profit targets.
• • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• 4. External Relations
• • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with local authorities and enforcement agencies.
• 5. Coordination and Communication
• • Coordinate effectively between stores and the head office to ensure seamless operations.
• • Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders to address issues

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the fast-food industry (KFC, McDonald’s, Burger King, etc.).
• • Strong English communication skills; ability to use English as a basic working language.
• • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
• • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to regional relocations.
• • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to handle unexpected situations independently.
• • Experience in managing multiple stores in the Western fast-food industry is highly desirable.
