• The Fleet Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fleet operations, including operational qualification applications, vehicle dispatch, driver management, vehicle traffic safety management, and general company operations.
• This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• The ideal candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of airport pick-up and drop-off service systems.

• Proven experience in fleet operations management or a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of airport pick-up and drop-off services, including familiarity with airport traffic flow and regulations.
• Extensive experience in vehicle dispatch, driver management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and tools.
• Chinese nationality
