Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term customer relationships across key industries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure proactive sales actions.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and meet targets.
Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and action plans for individual and team success.
Provide regular performance reviews and training to strengthen sales capability.
Manage key accounts and distribution channels to maximize business potential.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional consultation and after-sales support.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in B2B/industrial or capital equipment sales is preferred.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
