หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Achieve sales targets consistently always striving to overachieve. • creates and executes strategies to achieve team success through new and innovative solutions. • Monitor and manage teams effectively • Pro-actively performance manage the team to drive optimum performance of individuals and the team • Establishes and builds close relationships with senior people at Dealerships. • Responsible for the level of service and customer satisfaction experienced by our clients and advertising agencies. • Seek market intelligence and feedback to the business on a regular basis to ensure we are developing and evolving our products & services and defining the Customer Marketing strategy and implementation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Marketing and/or business related degree • Have experience in automotive advertising will be an asset • Minimum of 2 years people management experience • Minimum of 3 years Sales experience • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills • Numerate, understanding of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email • Good English and Thai communication skills • Should possess own car as this is an outdoor job • Flexibility and mobility
