Senior Procurement (IT Software Hardware)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RFQ, tender, price comparison and negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
• Follow up delivery from suppliers to ensure goods & service are delivered to users on time
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, suppliers master list
• Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Prepare Monthly Cost Saving Report and evaluate supplier’s performance Bi-Yearly
• Working with team members and superiors to complete duties as needed

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related field preferred.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and policy.
• At least 6 years previous experience as procurement, purchasing experience in IT products will be advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Pivot Vlookup.
• Proactive, accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to negotiate, analyze, prioritize and CAN-DO attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
