Responsible

Fully oversee and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the houses.
To ensure optimum satisfaction of all residents.
Assist in minor household repairs and maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, etc.
Report any issues or needs for larger repairs to the employer.
Follow hygiene and safety standards while cleaning and maintaining the home.
Properly handle cleaning chemicals and tools.
Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.

Female Age 20 – 45 years old. (Open for Thai and Foreigner

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, with basic knowledge of Thai and English.
Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful.
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
Can cook Chinese food or have experience in Chinese restaurant will be advantage.
