Interior Design Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead & Develop Teams – Manage both Interior Design and Interior Operations teams
• Project Ownership – Oversee end-to-end interior projects from inspection to handover
• Design Standards – Define and maintain design guidelines, furniture specs, materials, and styling standards
• Brand Consistency – Ensure a consistent look and feel across all properties
• Project Planning & Approval – Review designs, layouts, budgets, and execution plans
• Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Maintenance, Onboarding, and Owner Relations
• Vendor Management – Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, contractors, and installers
• Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project spending and optimize costs
• Timeline Management – Drive project completion and resolve delays or bottlenecks
• Quality Assurance – Ensure room setup and final delivery meet brand and guest-experience standards
• Process Improvement – Build scalable workflows, checklists, and quality-control systems

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ Years Experience in Interior Design, Project Management, Property Setup, or Refurbishment
• Leadership Experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Interior Design, Space Planning, Furniture Selection, and Styling skills
• Strong Project Management and Execution capabilities
• Experience in Furniture Installation, Room Setup, Decoration, and Minor Maintenance Coordination
• Strong Procurement, Vendor Management, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent Problem-Solving, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skills
• High ownership of Quality, Budget, and Timeline
• Hospitality, Residential, Serviced Apartment, or Property Management experience is a plus
