หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. This includes developing project plans, budgets, and timelines. Regular reporting to senior management on progress, risks, and issues.
Application Development Oversight: Work closely with app developers using a variety of programming languages including, but not limited to, Dart/Flutter (Native App), Node.js/TypeScript (Backend), and PHP/Laravel (Backoffice). Provide technical guidance, ensure alignment with project requirements, and oversee development progress. Basic understanding of coding and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Integration with Building Systems: Collaborate with building engineers and security personnel to integrate our systems with existing building infrastructure, including security access systems, elevators, and other relevant building technologies. This requires a strong understanding of building automation systems and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical personnel.
Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges. Develop creative and efficient solutions to complex technical and logistical problems.
Client Communication & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Clearly communicate project updates, address concerns, and present project proposals confidently and effectively.
Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the technology or building automation industry.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with Dart/Flutter, Node.js/TypeScript, and PHP/Laravel is highly preferred. Basic coding knowledge and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
