Account Executive (AE)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Source and develop new B2B opportunities independently
• Manage the full sales cycle - outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
• Own assigned accounts: renewals, after-sales follow-up, and upsell of robot solutions and service contracts
• Coordinate with engineering during pre-sales to scope and validate solutions
• Run multiple concurrent projects with clear timelines and client communication

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3–5 years B2B sales experience — technology, automation, or facility solutions preferred
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience in service-driven or operations-heavy environments preferred
• Strong project management mindset — able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Consultative seller — you listen before you pitch
• Bilingual Thai/English, written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
