Talent Acquisition Coordinator (สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี) / 22-27K / สามย่าน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Overseeing and handling daily Human Resources and administrative responsibilities
• Assisting recruitment activities such as managing schedule, making appointment with candidates, recruitment materials, probation, contacting with stores and other tasks
• Assisting with HR system, personnel database and making reports as requested by the team
• Receiving and processing internal communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
• Supporting document management and onboarding documents’ package
• Undertaking any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the manager

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition field.
• Service minded, able to work well under pressure and routine job together with adaptable in the dynamic working environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Good command both Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Good command of computer literacy especially in Ms. Excel, Word & Power Point
