หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement sales plans targeting Thai local clients (contractors, fabricators, and industrial customers).
• Identify new market opportunities and build long-term partnerships with local customers.
• Lead and mentor junior sales and sales support staff focused on the domestic market.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and summarize new Thai government regulations or decrees that could affect SEICO’s business; advise the Chief Representative on suitable marketing campaigns and compliance matters.
• Manage sales reporting, CRM data, and monthly performance reviews.
• Represent SEICO in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events across Thailand.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• At least 3 years experience working with prefabricated steel structure(PEB) systems with a clear understanding. If not, the candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience in steel structures (truss structures are also acceptable).

• Native Thai speaker with good English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong understanding of Thai local market and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
