Product Specialist (Junior / Mid)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Turn real lab experience into product requirements and new features
• Help design Microbiology LIS workflows that are easier, faster, and more accurate
• Visit laboratory sites together with PM to understand user needs and workflow pain points
• Work closely with leadership, Product Manager, QA, and CPO teams
• Support product development, implementation, and deployment planning

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Technology or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist *Clinical Microbiology Lab experience is required
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, especially Microbiology
• Good problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Service-minded, proactive, and able to work with customers
• Able to travel up-country for on-site implementation (Driving license or own car is a plus)
