IT Field Engineer (Mid Level)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Install, configure, and support LIS software at hospital sites
• Set up LAN/network connections, PCs, switches, cabling, and peripherals
• Connect lab instruments via RS-232, HL7, or ASTM interfaces
• Troubleshoot communication issues between instruments, middleware, and LIS server
• Coordinate with hospital IT teams and laboratory staff
• Provide go-live support, basic user training, and technical documentation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, field engineering, or system installation
• Strong understanding of LAN networking, IP addressing, switches, VLANs, and firewall basics
• Hands-on experience with hardware setup and Windows-based troubleshooting
• Able to work independently at client sites
• Experience with lab instruments, HL7, ASTM, RS-232, middleware, or healthcare IT is a plus
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
• Able to travel up-country for on-site deployment (Driving license or own car is a plus)
