Head of Operations

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Monitor and supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and optimal outcomes in production or manufacturing.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high standards.
• Oversee workforce management, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and tracking team performance to meet operational goals.
• Coordinate the purchase of materials, plan inventory, and optimize warehouse efficiency to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, implementing preventive measures to mitigate potential operational risks and ensure safety.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives that align with the overall organizational goals.
• Analyze operational performance data, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvements in processes and efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of operational systems, production processes, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with risk management and safety protocols in operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
