Warehouse Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the warehouse meets health and safety standards
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
• Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse Management, with a minimum of 5 years as a Warehouse Manager or in a comparable role within the Home Appliances manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices and food safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
