หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Daily Operations Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that standards are met, including stock management and product quality checks.
• Customer Service: Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing professional customer service, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Team Management: Managing recruitment, development, and training of staff to ensure smooth operations and high efficiency in service.
• Sales and Marketing Management: Planning and organizing promotional activities, as well as managing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Reporting: Reporting on performance and progress to upper management and presenting suggestions for improving the store’s operations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or health-related studies.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or management in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of Cannabis: A strong understanding of cannabis products and the related regulations and compliance.
• Management Skills: Ability to lead a team, manage inventory, and handle budgeting and revenue.
• Communication Skills: Strong customer service and relationship-building communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization: Ability to adhere to legal and business regulations while maintaining smooth operations.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency with basic computer programs and store management systems.
• Able in English speak and write.
