Branch Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivating the team to meet sales objectives
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitabiltiy
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and arranging promotional material and in- store displays.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Updating the POS.
• Work with Senior Operations Manager to execute any and all strategies from HQ.
• Set rostering schedules for all employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary action when needed.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items to ensure stock levels.
• Take ownership and be the leader of the Team and representative of the Company at all times.
• Responsible for end of day cash up duties
• Basic standard of the shop SOPs
• Ad hoc

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai nationality only
• Age between 25-35 years related products.
• Good attitude, active, passionate about management, and responsible.
• Interested in and love of cannabis If you have Budtender experience, this will be given special consideration.
• Have good English communication skills focus on communication.
• Can work in shifts and go to each branch.
