Responsible

• Write and improve apartment descriptions and listing content
• Organize and manage photos and media for apartment listings
• Help improve how apartments are presented on online platforms
• Support the development of NOSBAAN’s online marketing presence
• Assist with social media content creation and management
• Help maintain consistent brand presentation across platforms
• Improve clarity and quality of marketing materials
• Support website content updates and improvements
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives
• Work with the software developer to improve digital tools and systems
• Help optimize online listings to improve visibility and engagement
• Monitor and maintain the quality of online apartment presentations
• Assist in building marketing processes and systems
• Support development of the NOSBAAN brand voice and messaging
• Research ways to improve digital marketing performance
• Help prepare marketing content for different platforms
• Maintain organised records of marketing materials and listings
• Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience
• Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategy and content
• Support the overall growth of NOSBAAN’s marketing operations
