• Content creation and production Work closely with photographers and videographers during events and nights. Brief creatives on what to capture and how to reflect the atmosphere. Select, edit, and publish content that shows real nightlife energy without breaking it.
• Nightlife and event coverage Be present during key nights, events, and performances. Capture stories, reels, and posts in real time when required. Turn nightlife moments into shareable content while respecting the space and guests.
• Influencers and collaborations Work with bloggers, performers, guests, and partners. Coordinate reposts, collaborations, and organic mentions. Understand who fits the brand and who does not.
• Brand consistency Maintain a strong and recognizable visual style. Ensure all content aligns with the positioning of CLC Karaoke and the wider group. Protect the brand image across all social touchpoints.
• Analytics and growth Track engagement, reach, saves, and audience quality. Analyze performance and refine strategy based on results. Focus on long-term brand growth, not vanity metrics.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3+ years of experience in SMM with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
• Strong experience with nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or events.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram formats, trends, and algorithms.
• Strong visual taste and sense of rhythm, timing, and mood.
• Ability to work evenings and nights when required.
• English level upper-intermediate or higher.
• Independent working style and strong ownership mindset.
