Concierge & Partnerships Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Partnerships & Concierge Relations • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel concierges, villa managers, DMCs, travel agents, lifestyle networks. • Conduct regular visits, presentations, and product trainings. • Arrange FAM trips and partner events. • Negotiate referral terms and manage partner communication.
• Sales & Guest Acquisition • Generate and convert referrals into reservations and memberships. • Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Meet monthly guest acquisition and revenue targets.
• Member & VIP Guest Management • Handle VIP guests referred by partners. • Ensure smooth coordination with Reservations & Operations teams. • Manage guest feedback, follow-ups, and retention.
• Brand Representation • Represent the restaurant/club at partner meetings, events, networking activities. • Support marketing with partner-oriented promotions and sales kits.
• Reporting • Track referrals, conversions, and partner performance. • Provide weekly/monthly KPI reports to management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 3+ years in hospitality sales, concierge relations, partnerships, or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Strong network in Phuket hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, proactive, relationship-driven personality.
• Able to work flexible hours.
