Content Marketing Supervisor (Mossdoom) - Chinese Speaking

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for content marketing operations in the fashion category within assigned countries (Thailand / Indonesia / Vietnam). Lead three key areas—social media, community, and content—while managing the local team to achieve brand awareness, business growth, user acquisition, and reputation management goals.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to Southeast Asia’s fast fashion industry. Lead platform strategies for key local channels such as Instagram and TikTok, including:
• Official and matrix account operations
• Content planning and creation
• Community engagement
• Paid media strategy and execution
• Data tracking and performance analysis
• Continuously optimize strategies to improve account engagement and reach efficiency.
• Manage local brand ambassadors (experience officers), develop tiered collaboration strategies, and identify authentic local advocates.
• Encourage high-quality UGC content and organize offline activities such as fan meetups and product experience events to drive deeper online-offline user engagement.
• Develop and oversee local community strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Monitor market sentiment and brand reputation in real time. Respond promptly to negative feedback or crises to maintain a positive brand image.
• Manage daily operations of the local team, coordinate closely with headquarters, provide market insights, and ensure effective localization and execution of HQ marketing strategies to achieve regional business goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred (Associate degree minimum). Proficient in Chinese and the local language of the assigned country (Thai / Indonesian / Vietnamese); fluent English is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media operations. Familiar with local mainstream platforms and marketing ecosystems. Experience in fast fashion consumer goods (bags, footwear, apparel, accessories, cosmetics) is preferred.
• Strong content sensibility with hands-on experience managing local official accounts. Knowledge of paid media rules is required.Capable of: Developing KOC tiering and collaboration strategies
• Building and managing communities
• Planning and executing offline events
• Understanding local consumer insights
• Monitoring public sentiment and handling negative feedback
• At least 1 year of team management experience is preferred. Strong teamwork, ownership, self-motivation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
