E-commerce Accountant Supervisor

• Associate degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, familiar with e-commerce business processes (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok) and settlement logic. Experience with platform reconciliation or auditing e-commerce companies is preferred.
• Familiar with financial systems or ERP system operation.
• Proficient in English reading and writing (or capable of communicating in Chinese).
• Strong data processing and logical analysis skills, with a keen attention to numbers.
• Meticulous, rigorous, and responsible, with strong execution ability and resilience under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

• Responsible for the end-to-end reconciliation of e-commerce platform revenue and cash flow. Based on the "Order → Revenue → Settlement → Receipt" process, match and reconcile the following data: Platform order data (GMV) / Financial revenue recognition data (Net Revenue) / Platform settlement report / Actual bank receipt data / Identify and analyze the causes of discrepancies at each stage (e.g., refunds, platform fees, timing differences, etc.), and complete adjustment processing under the guidance of the Finance Manager to ensure consistency between revenue and fund data.Platform order data (GMV) / Financial revenue recognition data (Net Revenue) / Platform settlement report / Actual bank receipt data / Identify and analyze the causes of discrepancies at each stage (e.g., refunds, platform fees, timing differences, etc.), and complete adjustment processing under the guidance of the Finance Manager to ensure consistency between revenue and fund data.
• Responsible for the breakdown and recognition of e-commerce revenue (GMV, discounts, refunds, etc.), ensuring revenue complies with accounting standards.
• Responsible for organizing sales and outbound shipment data, and accurately importing it into the ERP system.
• Responsible for issuing and managing e-commerce-related invoices.
• Responsible for financial processing and closed-loop data management of e-commerce returns and exchanges, including:
• Assisting the inventory team in reconciling inventory movements such as returned goods received and exchange goods dispatched to ensure consistency between book records and physical inventory.
• Preparing accounting vouchers related to e-commerce operations (sub-ledger) and submitting them for GL review.
• Supporting month-end closing by providing e-commerce-related data and analytical support.
• Completing other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
