Responsibilities: - Review the existing operational process and initiate process improvement in order to improve process. - Introduce process and improvement to enhance work efficiency - Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of process improvement implementation - Ensure implementation of efficient operational procedure. - Design process to support new product / service to support the customer - Assist the team with ad hoc analysis and projects - Establish workflows and risk assessment to handling New Product / Business

Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields - At least 5 years of working experience in Process Improvement or / and Business Continuity Plan or / and Process Re-engineering - Have extensive experience and strong background in Business Process (preferable) - Experience with and understanding of process design is an advantage - Good communication skill with all levels of employees and strong team player
